July is BIPOC Mental Health Month, also known as Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.
At Vibrant, we are committed to supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color nationwide.
BIPOC communities face varied and unique mental health challenges exacerbated by inequity, interpersonal and systemic discrimination, cultural stigmas, and earned historic mistrust of healthcare systems.
We recognize these disparities and strive to provide accessible, culturally competent resources and support so that every individual and family can achieve mental and emotional well-being.
Below, you will find resource pages tailored to the specific needs of different communities under the BIPOC umbrella.
